Notice to Members: Prohibition on Meta Glasses and Non-Consensual Filming
The Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all members, guests and staff. To protect everyone’s privacy and right to enjoy the facilities without intrusion, the use of Meta Glasses (including Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses) and any other wearable recording devices that can capture video or audio is strictly prohibited on Club premises. This ban applies to all areas, including the lobby, car park, outside areas and access routes as well as any Club events or activities.
In addition, any form of filming, photographing or audio recording of other members, guests or staff without their clear, prior consent is not permitted. Non-consensual recording undermines trust and can cause significant distress. Members found using such devices or engaging in unauthorised recording may be asked to leave the premises and could face disciplinary action under the Club’s rules. We thank all members for their cooperation in maintaining a respectful space where everyone can feel comfortable and secure.
